Paradigm Concepts is pleased to announce our Origins event schedule.
For three years running a Paradigm Concepts Living Arcanis event has been the most attended event at Origins. This year Paradigm is featuring its largest slate of event ever, including seven Living Arcanis adventures, a Battle Interactive and a LARP.
More information regarding the Living Arcanis Origins schedule after the jump!
The Living Arcanis schedule is designed to allow established characters to play all three Hard Points (LA-HP) and the Soft Point (LA-SP) before playing the Living Arcanis Battle Interactive. It also will permit new players to play all three introductory adventures (LA-Intro) and still be able to play the Battle Interactive.
LA-HP4-01: The Banished
A long-missing ally reappears in the unlikeliest of places, bearing information that will send a group of adventurers to the very edges of the Known Lands and beyond on a quest to wrest an ancient relic from the clutches of a mysterious group known only as The Banished. It is recommended that LA-HP4-01 be played before LA-HP4-02 and LA-HP4-03. Supports APL 7-15 (6th-16th level characters).
Thursday 8:00 am; 7:00pmFriday 8:00 am
Saturday 8:00 am
LA-HP4-02: For I Spy Naught But Ruin and Woe
With the Coryani Civil War ripping the Empire apart, the true victims are the poorer towns and villages who count on the protection of mighty Legions that are no longer there. Faced with an implacable evil, must they now submit to a new master? It is recommended that LA-HP4-02 be played after LA-HP4-01 and before LA-HP4-03. Supports APL 7-15 (6th-16th level characters).

LA-HP4-03: The Sacrifice of Generations
What begins as a rescue mission for your patron quickly becomes much more crucial as the stars begin to align and Larissa's Web of Fate draws disparate forces together for a bloody confrontation that can only end in final death. It is recommended that LA-HP4-03 be played after LA-HP4-01 and after LA-HP4-02. Supports APL 7-15 (6th-16th level characters).

LA-Intro-02: One Night in Coryan
In a move unprecedented in the history of Coryani politics, Pollux Pulcher val'Assante forsook his Val family name and all his rights and privileges thereto. Instead, he married into the Gracchi family, perhaps the most powerful human family in the Empire. The newly-minted Pollux Pulcher Gracchi now seeks to become the leader of the Plebian Assembly, second in power only to the Coryani Senate and the Emperor himself. Of course, the only way business gets done in the Assembly is through the tireless efforts of a legion of pages, who carry messages, perform errands, and clean up "messes" of all sorts. Your new job as one of Pollux's pages should be quite interesting indeed. Intended as an introduction to Living Arcanis; pre-generated characters are available. Supports APL 1 through 5 (1st through 6th level characters).
Thursday 8:00 am; 1pmSunday 8:00 am
LA-Intro-03 Duty and Justice
There are many rules of law civilizations live under. The law of nations, the laws of common kindness and decency, the laws of the gods: all these and more govern our lives. Sometimes these laws must by necessity contradict each other for the general welfare of all. When the sanctity of life and soul are involved, which law must take precedence? This choice is placed into the heroes' hands. Is mercy a crime, even when it can be considered treason? This LIVING ARCANIS INTRODUCTORY adventure is designed for 1st to 5th level characters (APL 1 through 5). Characters not within this level range may not be played in this scenario.

Saturday 8:00 am
Sunday 8:00 am
LA-SP4-19: Where the Ghost of Legend Lies
Censure is rife with ancient myths and tales of great deeds, through which mortals transcend into legend. Though these heroes fade and are delivered unto the rot of Neroth's bosom, the saga of their famous exploits remains an eternal legacy. But some legends are best left to die in silence, lest their legacy turn into a tale of living sorrow. APL 1-9 (1st through 10th level characters). Not a sequel to any other module.
