What items from the Codex of Heroes are not Campaign Legal? For example: I assume you cannot play an Ashen Hide, but can you play a Ghost Scale?

Cody,
Same rules as before apply:
Ashen Hides are not playable as they are from Canceri, and Canceri is not a legal nation for Heroes.
Ghost Scales do not have that limitation and are thus a playable race.
