The Dagger Belt (pg. 102) says you can store 6 daggers for 2 Bulk. I assume that should be 2 Enc?

Does that also apply to the folding boat? Hard to see how anything moves with 10 Bulk.

Aww C'mon Pedro...its just a little boat! 
Serriously, how does anyone move with something like this? It collapses down into a backpack like shape, but so what. Your Pace drops to zero unless you're as speedy as the Roadrunner and somehow have a Pace over 50. As I read it even a pack horse stops in it tracks trying to carry it.
