In the interest of having a central place where you can find all the information you need, I present the Campaign Sticky! Basically, it'll have links to all the information that players would want/need to know so that people can subscribe to this one thread if they aren't able to consistently check all the forums. By popular request, this thread is locked so that only Campaign Staff may edit it, in order to keep email notifications manageable for everyone.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions for items to add.

Campaign Ruling! It is the intent of the Legends of Arcanis Campaign Staff to allow as much access as possible to new PCI product. Players may "swap out" new options published in new books from PCI so long as they are not listed in this thread or the most current version of the Campaign Guide as banned/restricted. Players may do so by writing the changes they are making on their next Chronicle Page. You may adjust skills/talents in order to meet pre-requisites, so long as the changes you are making to your character would have been legal at the time of creation/advancement. Your name, race, items, wealth, Fate and Chronicles remain unchanged.
Campaign Ruling! The Talent Continued Training from the Codex of Heroes is banned from the Legends of Arcanis Campaign.
Campaign Ruling: You may replay adventures, so long as they are with a new character. Replaying an adventure gets you the "Volunteer" Chronicle Page.

Key details are sufficient. I don't want to limit the change to once per book, because I want to allow more casual players to integrate new material as they find it, without forcing them to read the entire book in one shot before they can make any changes to their characters. (Or making 1 change recommended by a veteran rules monkey, and then not buying/reading the new books because they're "locked out" the rest of the options by "wasting" their 1 rebuild.) Take a look at my re-phrasing.

Announcements made at Origins:
* HUGE thanks to the Campaign Staff: Sarah Brown, Melinda Reid, Maryrita Steinhour, and new Assistant Campaign Director, Tony Nijssen.
* You guys are great about showing your appreciation to me and the Campaign Staff. Remember, we couldn't do what we do without the help and support of our loved ones: Josh Brown, Rick Bruner, Ginny Bruner, Calvin Curtis, Dawn McCormick, Scott Reid, Josh Reid, Maria Reid, Adam Rutherford, and Curtis Steinhour. They sacrifice time with their loved ones to bring you this game, too!
* I want to thank the players who've been so patient through my learning curve this year. I learned a lot, and will be applying what I've learned for your benefit in the coming year!
* The current plot arc had its grand finale at Origins 2012. GenCon 2012 will have an epilogue.
* The new plot arc (set in the Blessed Lands) will premiere at Origins 2013.
* Between GenCon 2012 and Origins 2013, we will be re-opening the world, so that Soft Points may be set anywhere within reason (No travelling to the Isle of Ymandragore to uncover the secret of the Elorii while re-uniting all segments of the Mother Church and revealing all the unidentified Valinor)  So send those outlines in to writing@shatteredempires.com
* We are doing a bit of a re-org of Campaign Staff. Please remember to use the "@shatteredempires.com" email addresses listed above. That way no matter how much shuffling we do, your emails will go to the right place. (And to multiple people, so if someone gets sick, their email breaks down etc, your email doesn't get lost in the void.) We will be looking to expand Campaign Staff once we have a better handle on our new priorities. In the meantime, if you have an idea for something you'd like to do for the campaign, or just a "this sounds like a good idea to have", please drop me a line and we'll see what we can do.

I am saddened to announce the resignation of Sarah Brown from Campaign Staff. For over 2 years, she has served time in the grueling position of Editing Coordinator, primary adventure editor, editing PCI books, and more. Sarah's hard work and dedication have had a huge impact on the progress of the campaign, so kudos and thanks have been more than earned.
Tony Nijssen is taking over as our new Editing Coordinator. Please wish him luck!
