From what I've heard, it's done editting and just in layout. Hoping that it is out soon!

The book heads to the printer tonight. We will see to the e-book version once we get past this drop-dead date.

It's being worked on and as soon as the book is laid out, those that pre-ordered a copy will receive one via the same method that the Codex of Heroes was sent out.
