Since streetwise needs to be tied to a city, can we get a list of the cities that the campaign will be based around?
or add an mechanic to change your cities during play, maybe by spending time/money or favors.

the skill is being looked.. we may be changing the penalty for working outside your chosen city to a small bonus.

Also take a look at the Spy Trait - It doesn't require Streetwise, but it grants Information Network (ta) (which does require Streetwise, but I understand traits can grant talents you don't meet the prerequisites for). The problem is that Information Network directly ties into Streetwise skill, which is an advanced skill, so it would appear that if you take Spy without Streetwise, it is very limiting.
Anyway, just take a look how these Spy / Information Network / Streetwise interact - you may want to make Streetwise a requirement for Spy.
