I was trying to get some adventures to run locally for a group and was downloading from the shatteredempires.com site. I couldn't seem to download SP1-1 or HP1-2. I got the download link but when I clicked on it, I got a file not found error page. The others seemed to work.

I'm aware of the issue; just not had time to look into it yet. If you need the adventures urgently, email Maryrita and she'll get you set.
