We have a game tonight and one of the players (new) wants to try a pre-gen arcane caster. I don't have time to create one and was wondering if anyone had a pre-gen or even a personal one that I could use as a template / fast play for tonight? If so, please post here and I'll send my email.

as good a place as any to confirm something... say for example, the ss'ressen hunter has ability scores like 7 7 5 6 4 6 4 5 which sounds pretty good to me.

however, when i went to roll my own, i wasn't able to do quite as well
7 6 4 5 3 5 4 5

am i doing something wrong or is the pre-gen incorrect? i'm using 40 points and the table on pg 103...

also, how do you calculate the bonuses for weapons?

Are you using the stat costs for the Quickstart, or the full book? I'd imagine the pregens were built using the Quickstart rules, which had cheaper stat costs.

Also, have you added the stat bumps from race/background further down the creation process?

its from the full book, and the modifiers are added in from race/archetype. gotcha on the qs having cheaper prices for stats.
