Does anyone have experience in this?
Clock app would be awesome! (Character sheets too, I guess.) _________________ -Devin Redd, Detroit Harvester

I made an attempt at making an app not long after I found the new system. It didn't get too far before I realized I was in over my head. I'm sure there are more tools to build apps now too that may help. If someone wants to take on such a project I'd be glad to help how I can, but that help would be rather limited with only a couple of years of computer programming about a decade ago as my base line. _________________ Brian Trahan |

What Functionality would you want from a clock app?
Might be something I can work on

2 version.. player and gm
player track tick, strain & recovery (you should be able to hide the one your not using)
the GM one would be a little more changing and may work well for tablets _________________ Pedro C Barrenechea

A while ago I built a clock app that runs under your browser. (IE & Firefox, as they are the only ones that support the XBAP technology.) I was asked if I could make an App for it. I've tossed the idea around. But right now I just don't have the free time to devote to it. With that being said, I still have source code for the browser application. I'm willing to share that with someone who has the time and inclination to turn it into a phone app. (I even have some improvement ideas that would work out well on a touch screen.)
The source code that I have is written in c# using Windows Presentation Foundation (XAML) for the UI. The UI is unimportant if it's being ported to an Android app. But the c# code behind could be fairly easily adapted (I think) to the Android app.
Anyway, if you're interested, let me know. If I don't hear from anyone and I get some free time, maybe I'll try turining this into an app, myself.

What I'd want to see in an App:
Column 1 (Master Clock) - If possible a digital display with up and down arrows to change the number.
Column 2 (Player) - Same up-down arrow interface with numbers, but also include a separate row for Strain and Recovery (total 3 dials per player).
Column n+1 (etc) - For GM's and players with animals, etc. Have as many of these as is reasonable. Also, having a textbox for individual names would be appreciated. _________________ Cody Bergman

For GM's do you want the ability to track multiple NPC clocks with rec/str?

Yes.

Some will as mentioned if they have a companion or pet of some kind that will act separately. _________________ Brian Trahan |

I'll have to see if I can get something worked up.

The Master Clock
Here is a simple one I cooked up it uses the address bar to store the data so you can book mark the combat and come back to it at any point.
There is no centralization or real way to share the ever updating state of the clock without passing around the page address. |
