I just want to check the advanced spell math so that I’m doing this correctly.
If I Combine Halt with Force Push to create an advanced spell would the resulting spell be 6 (4)?
Force Push is 3 (1) and Halt is 4 (2)
Since halt is the slower spell half of force push's speed + strain is added to it. Minimum of +1.
So Speed 4 + (3+1)/2 = 6
Strain 2 + (3+1)/2 = 4
CTN 18+17-15= 20
Is that correct?
In case of a spell that is an odd total for speed + strain do you round up or down?
For example a 3 (2) spell being added to a 4 (3) spell.
Would it be 6 (5) or 7 (6)
Thanks,
Golo |

Hello,
I won't comment on your spell as Pete and Eric are the experts there, but I will say that as far as your rounding example, you round up.
