Would it be possible to remove or archive all of the 3.x rules discussions? As people start searching for information on SE it's likely to match against old posts that aren't relevant. Just thought it'd be good to have a clean slate to work from.
It'd be an advantage to do that with most of the SE forums that were old LA forums actually.
