I will have all 8 publicly available Chronicles of the Shattered Empires modules (SP 1~4 and HP 1~4 of Arc 1).

My intent is to run everything at Contagion using the rules as published in the new hardback/pdf.

I will have pre-gen characters built using the updated rules set available so that people can simply sit down and play if they wish.

Other gaming available should include Pathfinder, Living Forgotten Realms, Heroes of Rokugan: Spirit of Bushido, and Witch Hunter: Dark Providence, as well as a one-shot LARP based in the Firefly 'Verse.

Contagion: Outbreak is a fandom convention and will be held in the Qwest Conference Center in Omaha. Advertised guests at this point include Jewel Staite, cast members from the Walking Dead, several voice-over specialists, many authors, and more than a couple of significant props will be on display. They have put little to no effort into advertising or acknowledging the presence of gaming, which is especially sad since they put effort into getting gaming added to their event.

And, yes, this is two weeks before Origins. Come work through the new rules set before the two new HPs and the BI! Make sure you've got all 8 of the modules available before Origins under your belt before heading into the BI! Get the last two on site at Origins, and if you are exceptionally lucky about completing the modules, you could potentially enter the BI at Tier 1/Rank 2! (I haven't been so lucky about the amount of experience gained per module, myself.)

Well, nobody on hand to play this morning, and without enough time left before tear-down to start much later, CSE at Contagion is over.

One table of HP3. One table of HP4. One table of SP4.

HP4 scared the pants off of them, but they still reacted more strongly to the story in SP4.
